Time for a mo trim.

At brunch today, everyone kept looking at me, but only a teeny tiny few ppl said anything or even smiled. what a bummer. It made me feel like i need to wear a movember shirt or something. So as i was waiting to be seated, i was thinking that 7/8 of all ppl who see me, just think i'm some funny and weird girl with facial hair. What else should i do to make the moustache make a connection with movember for ppl who don't actually get to speak with me? I will think on this. Let me know if you have any ideas other than just wearing it on my shirt.
On the brighter side, today I gave out Movember sticker moustaches to so many ppl who asked about my stache!! It seemed like this sunday was filled with more curious ppl than most other days. Jessa and I counted the cars of ppl who stared at the stache while walking down the street... about 15 in a row. If i cause a car accident, this project's over.




The waiters at Nookies Tree restaraunt were very supporters of movember.

Jessa joined me for the day with a fuzzy face too! The funniest thing happened.. At the Adidas store, Jessa and I were talking to the staff about Movember. Then another guy comes up behind us and was so relieved to hear that jessas stache was fake. Apparently, from the second floor, it looked overly real. HA!



There were so many Mo supporters tonight!! Look at those enthusiastic ppl at Trader Joes!

And to top off the night, I got to meet Elvis. wow i'm lucky! So it seems, the moral of today is that ppl with moustaches have all the fun.

"very nice. how much?" ... just one of many things ppl yelled at me tonight. It was hilarious.

tonight, i went to la casa de Havemann.
They are the smartest, cutest family... and they all happen to wear moustaches!

Dan the man has been growing a blonde moustache. "black haired ppl are so lucky" says dan the man. So today is MASCARA DAY... we turned Dan's bondie into a blackie :)



As a parent, you know you're doing a good job raising your kids when they start to imitate the awesome things you try to do yourself. As a movember fundraiser person, you know you're doing good, not by the money you raise, but by how many other girls you can get to wear moustaches in public. THANK YOU FOR THE GRAPE FLAVORED WAX MOUSTACHE!!! It's the best gift i could ask for in this month :)


There was a giant dog on state street who was really interested in my moustache. Looking back at it, i should have given him one to complete his ensemble. drat. next time.

Waiting for the train, a little boy said to me, "you're rockin that moustache!" ..thank you young man. :D Also while waiting for the train, i turned around and there was a teenage girls face in my face. Then she said (rather loudly) to her friend, "that's not real!!!" It was really funny, and i didn't mind. But what if it had been real???

Outside of the bar, 2 girls walked by and one gave me a 'hell yeah' sign with her hand.
I just thought she was like all the other ppl doing the same thing, but as she walked closer and passed me, i realized that she had a REAL baby moustache!!! I felt bad... like i was mocking her. I don't think she gave it a second thought though.




At La Nueva Mexicana, my moustache scared a little girl. what a sad day for me... i LOVE kids!!! I can usually make them smile, not shy away.

We thought that i would fit in well at a mexican restaraunt, but i had the biggest moustache of anyone eating or working there!
I went to use the restroom, and the women's room was full. One of the waiters let me in the mens bathroom, saying 'you're a man tonight, so its ok' haha! nice.
